I am resting in the chaos at 20.6275° N, 87.0811° W. With each passing moment I am shifting out of chronos time and into kairos time. My physiology, at a cellular level, is mirroring my increasingly relaxed mind, and I am less and less concerned with the chronological or sequential nature of time. I am noticing with greater frequency, and more deeply, the exact moment of opportunity. When my belly stirs with hunger. When my desire is employed to move alongside or into the turquoise sea. It can be so easy in a setting like this. But still, if I haven’t followed the circuitous nature of kairos time in my day to day busy life, I will likely not find it on the Mayan Rivera. We have a new moon and solar eclipse in Pisces tonight, opposed by Jupiter in Virgo with Saturn in Sagittarius completing a t-square to the whole shabang. This is a good time to practice a shift and stay in the flow of it until the next full moon.

I know someone who recently did a vision board. She carefully cut out pictures and glued them down as a map of where she would like her life to take her. Now is her chance to really ground what can seem like a willy-nilly-silly plan. If she works with this incoming energy, she can commit with Saturn and ride the abundant wave of Jupiter all the way out – determined with Virgo to make good sense of her vision. She can work with a brain balanced in sense and dream to create a rich life. Otherwise, even the warm, soft, dreamy waves of the Carribean will eventually knock her off her feet.

Go ahead and shift this week. Find that intuitive nature of kairos time (no matter where you are), take what you learn, and feed yourself. It is so much easier to find a good taco stand after a long walk on the beach.

There is good support this week to make way on your good fortune. Hmm, can you believe this or is it just a happy thought? I don’t know, you tell me. It is up to you. You can take whatever support you’ve got and make use of it towards the reality you’d like to create or you can belief it is not enough.

It is your choice. And what a choice it is!

My suggestion? Work for it. What do you really have to lose? Your fear that it won’t work out? The special standing in the universe as diminished and undeserving? The sorrow in feeling rejected. Or is it the anger that you gave up your chance? Ouch, that is little rough, but believe me, I know. We all know. We are all human. And I am here to remind you that those propensities a few sentences ago require a fair amount, or more, of work too. So if you are going to work, why not work for what you want?

This week, do just that. Let yourself work for what you want. The Moon is inspired with purpose and greater clarity. With the the help of Venus, Jupiter and Sagittarius, it is a good time to re-organize and evolve creatively. It may be easier to push your own boundaries with the support of Uranus and Pluto. And all the while Saturn is keeping you on the just course.  It is in the stars.  It is in the cookies.  Go ahead and let it be in your soul.

Notice thoughts that create sensations within your body that feel good, that you like.

You might notice that when your thoughts create nice sensations within your body that it can be easy to think, “It is okay. It will be okay. Everything will work out.” And you might even remember that it usually does. In fact, you might think, “It might always work out.” So notice the thoughts that you like. Really bring your attention to them. Notice what you think that feels good and then appreciate the feeling. Go within yourself and thank yourself for having created such nice sensations – sensations that feel good. Allow yourself to be grateful for feeling good.

Your thoughts inform your emotions or “feelings”, emotions inform your physiology. Literally, the thoughts you think program the cells in your body. Once programed they communicate to all the parts of the body and soon you are moving through the world making your thoughts come true. You are creating your own reality.

Notice the thoughts that create good feelings and begin to change your brain from thinking thoughts that don’t create the sensations you like to thinking more thoughts that do create the sensations you like. The more you do this, the more often you think thoughts that support you and the life you want to create. Be present and create the life you want. It’s only your resistance to the present moment, to the thought you are thinking, that is holding you back.

Experiencing relaxation, satisfaction, and contentment might only be a thought away.

Go ahead, think about. Then forget about it. BE. Just be and see what you notice.
