What’s behind that wall?

A friend told me about a dream she had where she was attending schooling of some sort and had fallen behind in her studies. In the dream, she missed over a week of instruction and felt dreadful. She told her friends tearfully, in the dream, that she believed she would never catch up. No one seemed to care. This made her feel even more dreadful, and she began to have a great longing. In the dream she thought she would die of a broken heart for feeling so left behind.

The Moon will leave Scorpio and enter Jupiter where it will join the Sun, Mercury, Mars, Saturn, Neptune and Chiron on Wednesday. Things from the past may rise up out of the surreal. But don’t underestimate your unconscious mind. It is a powerful source of intelligence. Let your ego step aside in all the catching up this short week may inspire. Don’t fight it. Instead make the things you think or the lessons you are learning big and bright like writing on a wall in neon spray paint. Go with the flow. Street art is a thing.

Cast side your assumptions and see what you can learn. Like my friend, you might learn that you long not to be left behind. Don’t make it more homework then it needs to be. Sometimes catching up means letting go of the idea of work and just getting the job done. My advice to my friend? Forget about your grade and just join in.

In the midst of what you see as problematic, it can be difficult to recognize the opportunities. I can help you discover a new way of thinking that will assist you in managing and negotiating life’s obstacles. You will find that this new way of thinking provides you opportunities that you hadn’t previously noticed as well as affords you the confidence and desire to live your life in the driver’s seat.
